Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Hotel Pod Ciżemką was a delightful immersion into the heart of Sandomierz, where history meets comfort. Nestled in a stunning 16th-century tenement house, the atmospheric surroundings instantly drew me in, as my husband and daughter joined me to explore the rich Polish heritage. The spacious room, complete with premium bedding and a functional bathroom, felt like a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. We were particularly impressed by the generous a la carte breakfast featuring local delicacies, which set us up for a day of exploring the nearby Museum of the Polish Peasant Movement. The attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable, sharing insights about the best local wines-who knew Polish wine could be so delightful? With free Wi-Fi and a cozy bar to unwind in after our adventures, Hotel Pod Ciżemką is an excellent choice for anyone looking to soak in history and charm.
